Duties:
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning
- Operate zero-turn and other type lawn mowers, power tools such as trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, mulching, fertilizing, and weed control.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery like excavators for landscaping projects or site preparation.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members on larger construction or landscaping projects to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating lawn care machinery and power tools.
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred.
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques including planting, pruning, and soil preparation.
- Ability to operate excavation equipment such as excavators is advantageous.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
